Dear Members,
We are inviting volunteers to join a newly formed Bylaw Committee. This committee will review and update our local bylaws to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the National bylaws and constitution—while continuing to serve the best interests of all members. The Executive will work closely with the committee throughout this process.
If you value member voice, accessibility, and inclusivity, this is a great way to contribute. Committee members will:
- Explore our current bylaws (and those of comparable locals) to identify areas for improvement.
- Help shape recommendations that reflect our shared values of equity, fairness, and solidarity.
No prior experience is required—just a willingness to collaborate and an interest in strengthening our union.
